Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a break, here’s everything you need to know to feel confident and prepared.
🧘 I’m new to yoga. Which class should I start with?
We recommend Gentle Yoga or Restorative Yoga to ease into the practice. These classes focus on foundational poses, breath awareness, and relaxation. Our teachers offer modifications in every class, so you’re always welcome wherever you start.
🕒 Do I need to book in advance?
Booking ahead is encouraged—especially for popular evening classes—but drop-ins are always welcome. Just arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get settled.
🧺 What should I bring to class?
Just yourself and comfortable clothing you can move in. We provide mats, props, and water. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
🧼 What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before class without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class credit.
🧑🤝🧑 Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! We offer one-on-one private yoga tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience level. Learn more on our Private Yoga page.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Absolutely—just let your teacher know before class. We’ll offer modifications and support to keep your practice safe and beneficial.
🌈 Is your studio inclusive and beginner-friendly?
