By accessing our website, booking a class, or attending a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help us maintain a safe, respectful, and transparent experience for everyone.
🧘 Class Participation
- All participants must be 18 years or older, or have written parental consent
- You agree to practice within your physical limits and inform instructors of any injuries or conditions
- The Yoga Place is not liable for injuries sustained during class, on-site, or in transit
📅 Booking & Cancellations
- Classes must be booked in advance via our website or in-studio
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class to avoid fees or loss of credit
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge or forfeited class pass
💳 Payments & Memberships
- All purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
- Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and expire as listed
- Auto-renew memberships may be canceled anytime with 48 hours notice before the next billing cycle

- Private sessions require advance booking and payment
- Event registrations are subject to individual cancellation policies listed at time of booking
📸 Media & Privacy
- We may occasionally photograph or record classes for promotional use
- You may opt out by notifying staff before class
- We respect your privacy and will never share personal information without consent

🚫 Code of Conduct
- Disrespectful, disruptive, or discriminatory behavior will result in removal from class and possible ban from future attendance
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating studio policies
